1. You need to register an account with your valid email address before placing orders and using services such as warranty or looking up an order. GeChic Store will record your information, including your email address and the password for your account on the website, when you register or submit an order for the first time. 3. All payments for orders can only be handled by PayPal. You will pay the PayPal bill for any order on GeChic Store. 4. You can raise an order cancellation request before GeChic confirms the order or delivers the goods. If you raise the request before the order is confirmed, there is no need to pay for it, and GeChic doesn't collect any payment. This transaction will not show on your credit card bill. If you raise an order cancellation after paying for it, GeChic will process a return for reimbursement, and the refund will appear on your next credit card bill.

5. Unless specified otherwise in a specific treaty, the freight is paid by you. The freight amount for a single order is calculated according to volumetric weight and recipient country.

6. The total purchase price of your order only includes the total price of the product and one-way freight but not the tariff, value-added tax (VAT), and any other charges in your recipient country.

7. If there is any consumer dispute, you can lodge a complaint against us after logging into your account, following the measures, procedures, and contact windows set up by GeChic's online service system. Our customer service department will assist you.
